Job Description - Remote Personal Assistant

Job description:


PwC Nigeria is seeking a Remote Personal Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time position ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, and possess strong planning and creativity skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote administrative support to executives and managers - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements - Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports - Conduct research and compile data as needed - Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in a timely and professional manner - Assist with personal tasks as requested by executives and managers - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 1 year of administrative assistance experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
