Job Description:
Farmcrowdy is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our executives and ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments 2. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives 4. Organize and maintain files and records 5. Assist in preparing reports and presentations 6. Manage special projects as assigned 7. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders 8. Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements: 1. Energetic and reliable personality traits 2. Strong adaptability and teamwork skills 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 6. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required 7. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
