Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Remote Personal Assistant to join our team at KPMG Nigeria in Abuja. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team members from a remote location.
Responsibilities: - Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements for team members - Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of team members - Researching and preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Assisting with project management tasks and coordinating team activities - Performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within the team - Upholding confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting with minimal supervision - Creativity and persuasion skills to support team members in various tasks
