Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at British American Tobacco as a part-time Personal Assistant in Lagos, NG. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements - Prepare and organize meeting materials and assist with meeting logistics - Handle confidential information with discretion - Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders - Assist with personal tasks as needed - Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements: - 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Hardworking and driven - Decision-making and emotional intelligence skills
