Job Description:
Julius Berger Nigeria is seeking a driven and passionate Personal Assistant to work from home in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and creativity to assist in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. 2. Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive. 3. Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations as needed. 4. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow. 5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 6. Assist in personal tasks such as errands, shopping, and other requests.
Requirements: 1. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Strong communication and organizational skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
