Job Description - Secretary - Work from home

Job Description:


Tropical General Investments (TGI) is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Secretary working from home in Abuja, Nigeria. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone who is resilient, resourceful, detail-oriented, and has strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize electronic documents and files - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Answer and direct phone calls and emails - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Provide administrative support to team members as needed - Perform other tasks as assigned


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Must be based in Abuja, Nigeria
