Job Description - Virtual Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Wema Bank is seeking a dedicated and confident Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote administrative support to our team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our business activities.


Responsibilities: 1. Managing and organizing emails, schedules, and appointments for team members. 2. Handling phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Conducting research and compiling data to support various projects. 4. Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports. 5. Managing social media accounts and engaging with customers online. 6. Providing general administrative support as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade others. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
