Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team at First Bank of Nigeria. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bank's account management team. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately - Communicate with clients through various channels to provide support and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the account management team to maintain and update client records - Monitor account activity and report any suspicious behavior or discrepancies - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal use - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for account growth - Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed
Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in account management or customer service is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus
