Job Description:
Andela is seeking a talented Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis working remotely from Ibadan, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients while managing a team of account support specialists.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction - Manage a team of account support specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Analyze account activity and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on account performance and team progress
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in account management, customer service, or related field - Strong leadership skills with a focus on people management and teamwork - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and dedicated personality traits with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying motivated and focused - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience working in a similar role or industry is preferred
