Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Fidelity Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide exceptional support and service, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. As a mid-to-senior level role, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and working to exceed their expectations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively. - Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client status and progress.


Requirements: - Driven and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Negotiation skills to effectively handle client contracts and agreements. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. - Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or client support. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
