Job Description:
MainOne, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Ibadan, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being driven and energetic.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information - Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training and support as needed - Analyze data and generate reports to track client performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant information - Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues, treating them as an extended family
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
