Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ernst & Young, a global leader in professional services, is seeking a motivated Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in Ibadan, NG. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with account management tasks, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing client accounts and responding to inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborating with team members to address client needs and concerns - Assisting with account setup, maintenance, and billing processes - Utilizing creativity and resourcefulness to develop innovative solutions for client challenges - Planning and organizing tasks to ensure efficient account support delivery - Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners - Demonstrating passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships - Resourceful in finding solutions to complex problems and challenges - Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative solutions for client needs - Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members - Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
