Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Halliburton is seeking a passionate and confident Account Support Specialist to join our team remotely in Ibadan, NG. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while working from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist with the development of promotional materials and marketing campaigns - Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management


Requirements: - Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred - No prior experience required; we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the industry
