Job Description:
Kuda Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our remote team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while providing essential support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations - Provide timely and effective resolutions to client issues through phone, email, and chat support - Assist clients with navigating our platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering account-related questions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communications - Identify trends and areas for improvement in client interactions and feedback to management - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or account support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and resilient personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong time management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for communication and collaboration - A commitment to understanding and exceeding customer expectations
