Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team at Sterling Bank. This position will be remote and part-time, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support on account-related matters. 2. Assist in managing client accounts, including processing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless support to clients and ensure their needs are met. 4. Analyze client data and provide insights to help improve account performance and drive growth. 5. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance services offered to clients. 6. Use strategic planning and critical thinking skills to develop customized solutions for clients and meet their specific needs. 7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and procedures. 8. Utilize company technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in account management tasks.


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. - Energetic and hardworking personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills to effectively analyze data and develop solutions for clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
