Job Description:
Paylater is seeking a remote Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their account needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide personalized support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with any account-related inquiries, issues, or requests. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell additional products or services to clients. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in account support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Reliable and hardworking personality traits. 7. Strong planning and analysis skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
