Job Description:
ExxonMobil is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and online chat. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our global team.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing information about our products and services to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Making outgoing calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their queries - Conducting research as needed to find solutions to customer problems - Collaborating with colleagues from different parts of the world to share best practices and improve overall customer service - Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: - No prior experience required - entry level position - Resourceful and driven individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers - Creativity and research skills to find solutions to customer problems - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
