Job Description:
Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is remote and part-time, with the flexibility to work from your home in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 2. Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve overall performance. 3. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to enhance their performance and professional development. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the team.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. 2. Strong research and presentation skills to effectively analyze data and communicate findings. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members. 4. Proven experience in call center management or a related field. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
