Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team at the UBA Group in Abuja, NG. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. 3. Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistency in communication with customers. 4. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies to protect customer information. 8. Work efficiently and independently in a remote setting to fulfill job duties.

Requirements: 1. Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. 5. Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology. 6. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. 7. Driven attitude with a passion for providing top-notch customer service. 8. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
