Job Description - Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Access Bank is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support platforms. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling multiple chats simultaneously. 5. Proactively identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate departments. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information. 7. Continuously strive to improve performance metrics and meet set targets.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. 3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, demonstrating cooperation and teamwork. 4.
