Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

MTN is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Ibadan, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Assist with client onboarding and account management processes - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deadlines - Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to improve client experience - Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment - Resilient and driven attitude with a focus on client satisfaction - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a client-facing role is preferred
