Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble Nigeria. This is a remote work position based in Port Harcourt, NG, with part-time hours and an Associate level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver on commitments - Monitor client accounts and track progress towards goals and milestones - Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Provide regular reports and updates on client performance and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications

Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
