Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team at British American Tobacco in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a part-time remote work opportunity for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


As a Client Service Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support our client service team in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships. You will also be responsible for conducting market analysis, preparing presentations, and supporting the client service team in achieving their goals.


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
