Job Description - Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a reliable and confident Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote work basis in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate-level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account transactions, inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Review and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database. 7. Provide feedback to management on client trends and overall client satisfaction. 8. Stay current on industry trends and product offerings to effectively support clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in customer service or client relations. 3. Confident and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creativity and planning soft skills. 6. Knowledge of banking products and services. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
