Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Lafarge Africa is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely from Abuja, Nigeria. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support. 2. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in processing client orders and ensuring timely delivery. 4. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Analyze client feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software applications. 5. Must be driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
