Job Description - Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Jumia is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Port Harcourt, NG. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide support to customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate. 7. Use persuasion techniques to upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different communication styles. 3. Highly motivated and hardworking individual with a customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to innovate and think creatively to solve customer issues. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services. 6. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively. 8. Visa sponsorship and gym membership available for successful candidates. 9. Willingness to travel for training and development opportunities.
