Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Globacom is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role will require you to work part-time hours and you will be considered an Associate Level employee.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Providing solutions and recommendations to clients to address their needs - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction - Utilizing various communication channels to engage with clients, including email, phone, and chat - Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service - Continuously learning and staying updated on company products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic
