Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Chevron Nigeria is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Lagos, NG. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, have excellent planning skills, and can work well within a team.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients experiencing issues with our products or services. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of client issues. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams. 6. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
