Job Description:
Jumia is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and orders. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals for response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. 7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Resourceful and driven with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
