Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to join our team at IHS Towers. This is a remote work position based in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve customer issues. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to meet those needs. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience. 8. Stay current on product knowledge and industry updates to better assist customers. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 10. Continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Must be adaptable and able to work in a remote environment. 3. Driven to achieve results and meet targets. 4. Strong analytical and planning skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred. 9. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. 10. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
