Job Description:
As a Contact Center Representative at Eko Electricity Distribution, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Ibadan, Nigeria. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner 2. Assist customers with billing questions, service activations, and other account-related issues 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers over the phone or via email 4. Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Document all customer interactions and update customer records in the database 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience 7. Meet established performance metrics and goals on a consistent basis 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with customers 2. Strong research and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
