Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Interswitch Group, a leading technology-driven company based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chats. Your primary duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support on our products and services. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding concerns.

To excel in this role, you must be passionate about customer service and have a resilient attitude when dealing with challenging situations. Attention to detail and strategic planning skills are essential to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers.
