Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Abuja, Nigeria. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with account management, product information, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing solutions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 4 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Adaptability and negotiation soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
