Job Description:
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, and possess strong critical thinking and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues - Maintain customer records and update databases - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent
