Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description: Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time remote work position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience with remote work and managing remote teams is a plus
