Job Description:
MTN is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our remote team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of managing remote teams.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service experiences - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, finding effective and timely resolutions - Train and onboard new customer service team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service, implementing new strategies as needed
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire remote teams - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and attention to detail skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
