Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Officer at PwC Nigeria, you will be responsible for providing exceptional remote customer service to our clients in Abuja, NG. Your main duties will include handling inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer requests in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints - Acknowledge and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate information about products and services - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Go the extra mile to engage customers


Requirements: - 4 years of relevant experience in customer service - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Excellent cooperation and persuasion skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
