Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank. This is a remote work position based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, with part-time hours and an Associate Level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a high level of energy and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs - Implementing strategic planning to improve customer service processes - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
