Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Jumia is seeking a remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are independent, passionate, and possess strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional support and guidance. 2. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive experience. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies to drive business growth. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Conduct customer training sessions and presentations to enhance product knowledge and usage.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
