Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kuda Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team of innovative and forward-thinking individuals. This is a remote work position based in Lagos, NG, at a Mid-to-Senior Level with a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Lead training sessions and workshops for customers to maximize their use of Kuda Bank's products and services - Provide regular updates to management on customer satisfaction metrics and key performance indicators

Requirements: - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
