Job Description:
UBA Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our remote team in Lagos, NG. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, providing support, guidance, and solutions to any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. 2. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to ensure their needs are met. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to provide product information, support, and guidance. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team to improve customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide customers with the most relevant information. 8. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer success strategies.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 4. Confident and professional demeanor. 5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 6. Creative problem-solving abilities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 9. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
