Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Konga Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Ibadan, NG. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and general troubleshooting. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and independent personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4.
