Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: MainOne is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work remotely from Lagos, NG. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to provide excellent service to our customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new customer support team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer support role - Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and confidently - Strong research and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
