Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team on a remote work basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The successful candidate will be resourceful, reliable, possess strong cooperation skills, and excel in strategic planning.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve processes 4. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve service quality 5. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 6. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance the overall customer experience


Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 5+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 4. Proficiency in customer support software and tools 5. Strong organizational and time management skills 6. Ability to work independently and in a team setting 7. Knowledge of customer support best practices and industry trends
