Job Description:
Konga Group is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility in location. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field and possess strong strategic planning and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance - Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
