Job Description:
Kuda Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote work position based in Ibadan, NG, this role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer inquiries and provide solutions. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. 3. Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 6. Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
