Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team at Chevron Nigeria. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home as this is a remote position based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any escalated issues. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management for further investigation and resolution.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and resourceful personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders. 4. Analytical skills to identify and address customer needs and issues. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
