Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and independent Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Union Bank of Nigeria. This is a part-time remote work position based in Abuja, NG at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, be reliable, and possess strong analytical and creative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding banking products and services - Assist customers with online account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and completing transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer service - Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the live chat experience

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a banking or financial services setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online banking platforms and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
