Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: ExxonMobil is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Abuja, NG. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing live chat support to customers and clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming live chat messages from customers and clients - Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve inquiries and issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient support - Track and report on customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
