Job Description:

Kuda Bank is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Live Chat Associate to join our remote team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via live chat. 2. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address their queries and concerns. 3. Provide accurate and timely information on Kuda Bank products and services. 4. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and solving problems. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed set targets for customer satisfaction and response times. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent project management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6.
